PLAN0620E4 Missing Eligible and Participating Status Record for a Plan record
If the student is participating then we expect a full set of SWDS [1], MEET, PLAN and SERV records.
If CALPADS sees the presence of only PLAN and SERV records, one can assume the student is probably eligible and participating.
However the presence of only PLAN and SERV records on a record in CALPADS may be the result of accidental data reporting. Where a plan adoption was sent to a record that didn't have a plan.
In that case the solution to PLAN0620 is removing the PLAN and SERV that shouldn't have been sent in the first place. The archived transaction in SIRAS needs to be set to DNR or Complete. If the archive was not associated with a meeting, we would DNR the archive. If the archive was associated with a meeting we would mark the archive as complete to correspond with the meeting date already seen in CALPADS.
In the case below there was an initial archive that originally sent or attempted to send a SWDS 1.
Since there isn't one in CALPADS now, we can just tell this archive to resend what was originally sent.
If this was a plan adoption, we can use the plan adoption archive in the same way by setting it to SWDS only to send a SWDS 1 starting as of the district enrollment date.
