The document library is divided into two sections: Non-Meeting Forms, and Blank / Emergency use Forms. Non-Meeting Forms: These are forms like the Transportation form, an IEP Agenda, IEP at a Glance, etc. These forms are not used as part of a meeting, but can be filled, saved and printed as needed.
Emergency Use Forms: includes forms that might be part of a meeting in both English and Spanish. If you do not see a Spanish link that means there is no Spanish version of that form. They are arranged by category: Basic Forms, Pre-Meeting Forms and Other Forms. These forms are NOT to be used in place of the IEP Manager. Users can download blank forms ahead of time (maybe store them in a folder) in the event that the network or power fails so that he meeting can continue.
"Fill form for student" feature: this feature will partially fill in the form with the data of the selected record when the checkbox is checked. Basic information like the name, grade, age, birthday, etc. is auto entered.
Please note, after a non-meeting form is opened for the first time, no data will be transferred to or from the form and the rest of the program. To refresh the form with new data, delete the saved copy.
