How to email a link to a form in SIRAS when no meeting in progress

This link will only send information to the recipient.

If the recipient of the link attempts to fill in information in the form, it will NOT be saved back into SIRAS.
This is one way information sending.

 

Find and go to the student in question.

Go to /Tools/Document Library

Make sure the checkbox next to student name is checked to ensure student information is pulled into the form.

If you want a blank form uncheck the check box.

 

 

When the form opens, do not attempt to enter data, it will NOT save into the program.

If data is not correct, fix the data in SIRAS first.

 

Save the form.

 

 

After the form is saved, the 'manage links' link will appear, click on it to create link to be sent in email.
