What to do in general:

  • Talk to IEP Team, confirm enrollment start/end dates.
  • Find out what really happened so we can determine if data in SIRAS and/or CALPADS
  • Determine if any data in CALPADS is incorrect, if so remove and replace
  • Determine if any data in CALPADS is missing, if so add the missing data
  • SIRAS is the tool to send updated or new information to CALPADS.
  • Data is sent from archived transactions only.
