Report Status

The report status is the control factor of what reports data from SIRAS to CALPADS.

A posted IVR CALPADS Error will override a report status of Pending and prevent the archive from sending until the error is removed.

After a meeting is finalized, the report status of the corresponding archive is automatically set to Pending.

SEDS Coordinators in solving CALPADS errors may manually set the report status to Pending to resend an archived transaction once more with updated information.

Pending: The entire archive file set will be sent the next time data is sent.

  • Assuming, there isn't an older archive for the same student also pending.
  • Assuming, there isn't a posted IVR error for this SSID.
  • Assuming, this isn't a stay put Plan amendment
  • All three of which result in no data being sent.

Complete: The data from this record is already in CALPADS.

Do Not Report: This archive should not send data to CALPADS. If it did, that data should already be removed from CALPADS.

SWDS Only: This archive will send a SWDS record with the effective date as of the district enrollment date.

PLAN Only: This archive will send PLAN and SERV records as of the plan effective date.

MEET Only: This archive will send a Plan Review dated the Last Annual Plan Review (Last IEP) date.

If we need to send a triennial meeting we need an archive where the report event date = last IEP date = last EVAL date
