Grade advance is part of the rollover, which is typically run annually around August 1.

Only Active students will participate in the rollover.

• Grade Infant is never advanced to Preschool, that happens when the Part C to B Initial Evaluation happens.

• Preschool aged students may advance to TK or KDG depending on their birthdate:
  If Age as of 9/1 >= 5, Advanced to Kindergarten

  If student's fifth birthday lies between 9/2 and 12/2 (inclusive) of the upcoming year, Advanced to TK

  ELSE (fifth birthday is after 12/2), grade remains preschool

• TK will advance to KDG

• Grade K - 11 advance one year except if retain grade is indicated.
• Grade 12 advances to Grade 12+
• Grade 12+ or Ungraded will not change
