How to find all ESY Eligible or ESY Enrolled.

ESY Eligible determined during the IEP Meeting; and ESY Enrolled that parents have confirmed that their child will be attending ESY (Summer School).  The ESY Eligible and the ESY Enrolled checkboxes can be found on the MIS Summary Page in the LEA Section; and the Forms Manager next to the [IEP 7A-2] Related Services (ESY) form.

NOTE:

If the SELPA or District provides an ESY Enrollment form letter to Siras Systems, it can seamlessly be integrate it into SIRAS as a Non-IEP form. The form can be directly linked to the SIRAS ESY Enrollment checkbox, designed to identify students eligible for Extended School Year services. As the school year nears its end, notifications containing the checkbox can be sent to parents of ESY-eligible students, facilitating verification of their intent to attend ESY and enabling accurate tabulation of students participating in the ESP program. This integration streamlines the management of ESY enrollment, ensuring efficient communication and precise tracking of student attendance in these crucial programs.

Currently a ESY Enrollment form letter is not available.
