If the person who gets the emailed link to sign gets an error of 'Name contains invalid characters', they are not able to complete signing.

Immediately they can just remove the extraneous characters, confirm the name is for one person and then sign.

 

If the person's name has special characters in it, that should solve this.


If the other reason is that extra characters are in the name field  to distinguish two people in one contact, this needs to be addressed.

We need to create a secondary contact for the second person and not combine two people into one contact.
