I got an email to use to sign a form, it doesn't seem to be working.

  • Verify the URL  in text format doesn't have extra code put into it. That would probably mean the email was modified by some network safety software before recipient got the email. Contact your district IT Staff and recommend they whitelist @sirassystems.com. They can contact [email protected] with further questions.
  • How to request a Siras user account to be transferred to your district (new employee)

I click on the link, get to the signature page but can't seem to get further.

Look at the entire page, you may have to zoom out a little bit.

Find your name already on the form.

If you don't find it you can pick a blank signature box.

Fix title as needed

Click into the signature box with the pencil icon.

Scribe your signature into the box

Click the Sign and Close button.

Check the top of the page to see if your form(s) all have a saved signature.

Once you see that all signatures have been saved, you can close the entire signature window.

I have signed in the box but now what?

In some cases action boxes may shift from where they normally appear. You may have to zoom out to find the Sign and Close button to save the signature.

I have a few pages to sign in this form, how do I do that?

Once you have completed your first signature, look at the top of the page for the other form menu. In that menu will be the other forms you can switch to to sign and save signatures into.

Ok I signed them all, now what?

If all the forms have the green indicator then you can close the entire page, you are done.
