SIRAS is continually being modified to make things better. This includes not only the way the program runs, but also the forms in the program. When a form that you have saved get revised but the meeting has not been Held, the form will go from green to orange with the warning “Submitted but no longer applicable”.
That message tells you that the form has been revised. Delete the older version after retrieving any text (copy & paste into the new form or Word) you might want to add to the new version; the old form will disappear and be replaced by the new form. Check under Preview/Print and you will see the older version of the form has been replaced by the new version. If you are going to want to revise the old form, you can print a copy from the Print/Preview screen before you delete it.
