Validating and Submitting a Record

The student record will need to be Validated before archiving a record to CALPADS. Validating a record will scan the record for any CALPADS and non-CALPADS errors. If there are either errors (red) or warnings (yellow), an explanation of the error will appear in a yellow box located in the upper left corner. Once the errors have been corrected and the warning has been reviewed, then Archived the record to CALPADS reporting.

A history of all the CALPADS submissions for a record may be viewed by selecting the date of the report. To return to the Active record click the button View Active Student Record.
