How do IEP and EVAL dates get updated?

The last IEP or last Annual Plan Review date will be updated when:

  1. There is an Annual IEP, 30 Day review done as Plan Review or Triennial meeting event created and finalized in the IEP manager.
  2. District SPED staff identifies an IEP plan review or triennial evaluation happened outside of SIRAS and the MIS Summary page is updated.
  3. Initial Evaluation meeting types will set the first IEP and EVAL date.

 

For #2, it is critical the MIS page is updated prior to Plan Adoption archive being created.
