Here is how to set your Siras account to recognize your computers PDF default.
Or how to try different PDF settings that work better for your computer/browser.

 

  • Click on Tools
  • Under Tools select 'My Account' or 'Manage Users' (then find your account)
  • Once you are viewing your Siras account
  • Click on Edit Preferences
  • At the bottom left, make sure next to PDF Viewer you have 'System Default' selected
  • If System Default doesn't work you can experiment with the other options.
  • If you use Chrome and there is an 'update' button in the upper right corner, please update.
  • Then click Update Preferences.
